Our History
The Corcione Group started, as much, 13 years ago in 1996, when, after having worked as an engineer for two local developers since 1993, I had an opportunity to set up an investment group and acquire, remodel and sell a lot of physicians’ offices in the Paitilla Medical Center, where my father, Dr. Corcione, still practices.

After successfully finishing that project, we set up in a 60m² large office, with a total of six people: 1 civil engineer, 1 bookeeper, 1 receptionist, 1 driver and small construction crew ( wich are still part of our team). I did engage in looking for sites and launching our first real estate project, which I called Villa Margarita, in honor of my mother.

This was a small 32 unit project with apartments priced from $ 29,900 in Parque Lefevre. This project became our first success and we repeated it 2 more times in the same sector.

Our bankers and investors were very pleased and this experience was the basis of our growth. Parallel to these projects, we developed the urbanization called Altos del Naranjal in Pedregal and Villas del Campo in Chorrera.

With these experiences we really learned how to develop real estate condominium projects, while we continued to provide construction services for building warehouses, hangars, post-tensed slabs and civil works in general, for developers, architects and local builders.

By 199? we already had some 15 employees, a new office and several crews of competent workers and foremen, all working as one team.

Our first high-rise building, as developers, was the Atlantis project in El Cangrejo, a 21-story project, which we did together with the Architect Alfonso Pinzon.

We then developed the Plaza Pacifica Shopping Center at Punta Pacifica and then the buildings Courtyard View and Ocean Park both In Punta PacĂ­fica. When looking back, I Know that we have accomplished a lot in that time.

To become one of the best was a huge satisfaction, as the construction and real estate development business is very competitive and cyclical.

A business, where assumptions have to be apartments , we build "HOMES AND LIFESTYLES".
