MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

We are very proud to be a part of the growth of this great nation and it gives us much satisfaction to look back and see what we have achieved in the past 13 years. We have done more than a hundred buiding jobs and projects with more than 8 million sqft. of construction area, among which we include some shopping centers, residential communities, warehouses and high-rise residential buildings. However, the most important thing we have accomplished is earning the trust of all of our more than a consolidate our human resources, our most value asset, creating a company culture with the highest ethics principles and professionalism.

More than a year ago we predicted that Panama would become a preferred destination for tourist, investors and retirees looking for a second home, as one of the best places to go for vacation and to live in the world; mainly US and Canadian Citizens. However , we could not even imagine the magnitude and speed with which the real estate market would grow and how far-reaching the " Panama Phenomenon " would be.

Over the past 13 years we have laid the foundations for our organization.
